Event Times
We generally hold one event per day from 1 p.m. – 1:30 a.m. An extra hour maybe purchased at the end of the event.
Beverage Fee
The New Lafayette Club is licensed to sell alcohol, you may not provide your own alcohol. Alcohol must be purchased through our vendors and our professional bartender(s) will serve to your guests. Several bar options are available for the special occasion. We offer no packages for alcohol.
Ceremony Fee
Should you choose to have your ceremony in our banquet hall our event coordinator will help you with the production and direction of this special event. Our bridal room is available for your convenience. The ceremony fee includes a one hour rehearsal time.
Service Charges and Sales Tax
An 18% Service Fee will be added to your event total. Sales tax will be computed at the prevailing rate and added to your entire bill.

Our restrooms are handicap accessible.
Cake Cutting
You may contract with a licensed bakery for your reception cake or use any other source such as family or friends. We do offer a cake cutting service if needed at an additional fee.
Final Guarantee
Your final guest count and menu choice is due at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date of your event. The final count you provide is not subject to reduction. If you do not provide a final count by said date, then the expected guest count you supplied will be used for preparation, staffing and food quantities for your event. |
